Refund policy
At The Gentle Authority Project, we sell digital educational products such as ebooks, guides, worksheets, and downloadable resources.
Because our products are delivered digitally, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been purchased and delivered or accessed.
However, we want every customer to have a fair and smooth experience. You may contact us for support or a refund review if:
- You were charged but did not receive access to the product.
- The file/download link does not work.
- You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
- The product received is materially different from what was described on our website.
- There is a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the product and we are unable to resolve it.

Please include your order number, email address used for purchase, and a short description of the issue.
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase.
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable time, subject to your bank/payment provider’s processing timelines.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where the product has been successfully delivered/accessed and the request is based on change of mind, accidental purchase without technical issue, or misuse of the product.
